Um…I do, but the only one I seem to have bothered taking a picture of isn’t what he usually writes, so I don’t know how helpful it is! Generally (mind, I’ve not asked him for over a year, so perhaps he’s mixing it up a bit now!) he puts ‘John Heffernan’, so…you can see how the John part looks, anyway:
