Hi, this might seem strange, but today i saw a women today who looked EXACTLY like John Heffernan!She had no make up on, and i could of sworn it was him with a wig on! I wish i'd had a camera with me, she kept throwing me strange looks, probably confused

He’s got a double somewhere in Cardiff, too. EXACTLY right. And a man this time :P I saw him in the park a couple of weeks ago walking the dogs and he looked so much like John it kind of creeped me out!

Details of new Chris Addison sitcom, 'Trying Again':

Announced just today, Charles is to star alongside renowned stand-up comedian and actor Chris Addison in a new sitcom for Sky Living.


Written by Addison and The Thick of It writers Simon Blackwell and Tony Roche (who you may recall also wrote Holy Flying Circus), Trying Again is described as a ‘warm, funny sitcom about [a couple] trying to mend a relationship after an affair’. Chris stars as Matt with Eastenders actress Jo Joyner as his other half, Meg.


Charles plays Iain, Meg’s boss and Matt’s love rival.


Filming is scheduled this summer. Watch this space!



So I’m only about a month late hearing about this…

The only reason this scene doesn’t make me cry is that I can’t help but think he looks slightly sinister. Adorable, but slightly sinister.
