THAT WAS SO STRESSFUL OH MY GOD I WAS LOOKING FOR AGES AND FOUND ONE AVAILABLE SEAT

I’ve been going through my theatre programmes and found this one from Emperor and Galilean. Thought I’d share
I love Heff enough as it is but when he starts speaking verse I just melt
I’m going to take this as an excuse to express my love for the way he says ‘Some poisoned by their wives’ (also everything else, obviously, but I always particularly enjoy him saying that line) and I’m not even sure exactly *why* but it’s just REALLY GOOD. Maybe because of his excellent ability to sound amused and sad and young and old and flippant and wise ALL AT THE SAME TIME. And he always manages to make verse sound like it really means something that makes sense but without taking anything away from the beauty of it. He’s just such a fantastic verse speaker. SO fantastic.
Jay Brooks produces another great poster – this time, it’s for Olivier Award-winning play The Pride – starring Mathew Horne (Gavin and Stacey), Hayley Atwell (Captain America), Hadden-Paton (Posh) and Al Weaver (Hamlet)
The Pride will be showing from August 8 – November 9 at Trafalgar Studios
Oh! But this makes me feel a bit sad! I love you Simon!
